A little about WVEAA
The West Virginia Electric Auto Association is a small group of electric car enthusiasts. The association is organized as a chapter of the national Electric Auto Association. At a recent meeting, annual dues of $15 were established to help defer materials and signage costs of exhibits at events.
A ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate a new car charging station will be held at Twin Falls Resort State Park for Friday, January 20, 2017. The resort is located about 80 miles south of Charleston, WV and about 90 miles north of the Wytheville, Virginia Tesla supercharging station.
On Saturday, October 28, WVEAA participated in a ribbon cutting ceremony at Pipestem Resort State Park, celebrating the installation of two EV charging connections near the entrance to McKeever Lodge. This event marked the first of several charging connections to be installed at West Virginia State Park Lodges.
