about the wveaa
The West Virginia Electric Auto Association (WVEAA) is a group of electric car owners and enthusiasts in the Mountain State advancing the electrification of transport in West Virginia. The association is organized as a chapter of the national Electric Auto Association.

WVEAA does not currently charge dues and relies upon a donation model to cover the costs of website hosting, signage, event registration costs, etc. We encourage all members to join the national association ($35/year) and then donate a minimum of $15 annually to the West Virginia chapter by clicking DONATE after joining.The national association provides benefits such as a monthly newsletter for all members as well as insurance coverage for electric vehicle events, and coordination of lobbying for EV friendly legislation.
