Around the state, the registration of plug-in electric vehicles is concentrated where most vehicles are registered - in the most populated areas of the state. This includes the Charleston-Huntington corridor, Morgantown-Clarksburg corridor, and the Martinsburg-Charles Town area, with some additional highlights in the Beckley and Wheeling areas.
